On-Line Registration Register By Mail or E-Mail
| STEP 1: Click HERE to go to our On-line Registration Form. |
STEP 1: Click below to download the Shiloh Adventure Camp Registration Form. You may either print and handwrite your camper's info into the form OR enter the info using MS Word or Adobe Reader. Please save the form with your camper's name in the filename.

STEP 2: When you submit your On-line Registration you will be taken automatically to the 'Registration Confirmation' page which indicates that we've received your camper's info. If you don't get this screen, please call us for assistance (321) 452-3943.
For multiple campers from the same family or household you can repeat the process simply by clicking the back button of your browser from the confirmation page. Change camper's name, gender, age, and any other info and click 'submit' again. |

Note: To receive the Early Discount your full Registratoin Fee payment must be received by June 1st!!!
Note: A minimum of $100 deposit is required to reserve a camper space at camp.

STEP 4: Click below to download the "Camper Medical Info and Parent Consent" form.
Note: we must have a completed, signed and notarized form for each camper at time of arrival. Otherwise the camper cannot remain at camp.

This handy reference will give you and your camper all the info you need to know about Shiloh Adventure Camp, and provide the info for 'what to pack' and 'what not to bring to camp.' |
